Ordering & Minimum Quantities
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No MOQ! Grab a case of beer and see how it sells. We can offer discounts for bulk orders. For specific details, get in touch with our team.
How do I place an order?
You'll need to register as a wholesaler with us by contacting beer@southeybrewing.co.uk where you will receive a password to get into the web shop. Then you can place an order directly through our online wholesale portal at anytime. It's as simple as that! Pick your cases when you need them, pay everything at once and we'll send them out to you.
Can I mix and match beers in my order?
As we are able to offer no MOQ it allows you to order by the case. Why not try a few.
Delivery & Logistics
Where do you deliver?
We're able to offer delivery Nationwide via Packfleet and DHL. If you’re outside our regular delivery area, we may still be able to arrange shipping—just ask.
How long does delivery take?
We aim for next-day or two-day delivery within our main distribution areas. Delivery times may vary based on location and order size, but we’ll always keep you informed.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is £6 for your first case. For 2+ cases there is a flat fee of £10. Please contact us if you would like to order 4 or more cases in one delivery.
I'm local to you, can we save on delivery?
Orders can be collected from our brewery by arrangement. We can also deliver cases within 2.5 miles of our brewery on a Thursday or Friday each week - please get in touch to arrange this.
Payments & Accounts
Do you offer credit accounts?
No, to keep everything running smoothly and to offer competitive pricing, we are only able to offer wholesale cases that are pre-paid. Just like a shop 😎
